401(k) Savings Plan
First Bank offers employees a wonderful opportunity to save for their retirement by contributing to a 401k plan. The company matches $1 for $ 1 on the first 3% of compensation, and 50% on the next 2% of compensation. The plan’s vesting schedule is a 3 year cliff, 100% vested in the company match after being with the company for 3 years.
Employees are paid for 10 bank holidays per year.
Employees are eligible to accrue vacation days based on continuous years of service.
