Here's what you can expect from First Bank. We're diligent about reviewing applicants' resumes and finding the right fit. 

When you apply for a position at First Bank, you deserve to know the process. Our team reviews the information you submit and compares it to similar candidates for further consideration. 

If you're a qualified candidate, we schedule an interview with one or more First Bank team members. If you're not selected for an interview or if you're not hired for a position, we will notify you, sometimes by email. 

If you do not receive further consideration, don't be discouraged! Your skills and experience may be better suited for another opportunity within the bank.
