Update Your Contact Information Today – It’s the Right Call!

We get it. You’re busy with household and job responsibilities, social events, and school activities. With so much happening, you may have overlooked sending us your most recent contact information, including a valid email, mailing address, and updated phone number(s).

As your bank, there are pertinent reasons we should have your latest contact information:

1. Help you stay aware of any new fraud and cybersecurity threats. Unfortunately, fraud and cybercrime continues to grow. Fraudsters are always trying to find new ways to trick consumers into divulging sensitive information, like account numbers, personal identifiers, and passwords.
First Bank is always on guard and ready to arm our clients with information regarding any new fraud or cybersecurity scams that are occurring.

As an added layer of protection for you, we may need to contact the number we have on file to verify any unusual transactions or activities that may occur on your account(s). As always, we want to help keep you and your information safe.

As a reminder, First Bank will never call or email our clients and ask them to provide and/or update personal account information, such as account numbers, PIN numbers, eBanking ID’s, passwords, debit card numbers and social security numbers.

2. Keep you in the loop. We want to keep you updated with everything you need to know about First Bank, including any changes or updates to our branches as well as any potential branch closures or changes to our hours that may impact you.

3. Share helpful content. As always, we want to help guide and assist you in your journey. We often share educational articles, videos, webinar and special event opportunities, and resources to help you achieve your short and long-term goals. We also want to make you aware of any special offers or promotions.

4. Help you manage your finances. By signing into eBanking on www.first.bank, you may also update your eBanking contact information, including mailing address, email, and phone number(s), by going to the “customer service” tab at the top. By ensuring your information is updated in eBanking, you can stay on top of your finances by utilizing our account alert features, such as balance and transaction limit threshold notifications, potential fraudulent activity notices, when online bills have been paid, and much more.
